By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully;

All appointments must be booked in advance, either online or by contacting me directly.

A deposit is required for most bookings to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your appointment. Cash is preferred, but bank transfer is also accepted.
Arrival & Punctuality

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

I kindly ask that you respect my cancellation policy.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delays for the next client. I will always try my best to accommodate where possible, as I understand unexpected delays can happen.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, unless I am able to work around it.
Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or contraindications by completing the consultation form prior to your treatment.

Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. I will always do my best to advise you, but please consult your GP if you have any concerns.

I am committed to maintaining a clean and hygienic space. Fresh towels are used for every client, and all tools and equipment are properly sterilised before each service.

If you are feeling unwell or may be contagious, please reschedule your appointment to protect myself and other clients.
Refunds & Reactions

I do not offer refunds for treatments. However, if you are dissatisfied or experience a reaction following your service, please get in touch within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue.
Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. All information shared is kept strictly confidential and used only to provide a safe and personalised service.
Accessibility

Please note that my treatment room is located up a flight of stairs and may not be accessible for wheelchair users.
Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including (but not limited to) inappropriate behaviour or language, intoxication, or health concerns.
