UNWYND is located within Brightstone Spaces, right in the heart of Falkirk town centre, making it easy to find.

There is a council-owned car park directly in front of the building, where a small parking fee applies. You can pay at the machine or via the RingGo app.

Falkirk Grahamston Train Station is just 0.4 miles away — approximately a 10-minute walk.

On Arrival:
As you approach the main entrance of the building, you’ll see a panel of buzzers to the left-hand side. Please dial 'A22' to the keypad and I’ll buzz you in.

You'll enter into a welcoming waiting area with a comfortable couch — feel free to take a seat until I come down to greet you for your appointment.

Toilet facilities are available, and there’s a kitchen if you’d like a glass of water before your treatment.
