Service Description
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any tinting or lash lift treatment. This is essential for your safety and must be completed before your appointment can go ahead.
Cancellation Policy
*Please note the remaining payment should be made with cash (preferred) or bank transfer at appointment* A deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Without it, I may need to take 50% of the treatment cost before rebooking. I kindly ask for you to aim to arrive 5 minutes early. If you're running late, just let me know—I'll do my best to fit in your full treatment if possible :) Thank you so much for understanding!
